Performer and author, Gloria Dorliguzzo approached dance through Japanese martial arts, which she still practises today, specialising in the art of the Hoky Ryu sword. Her research on the body is influenced by Yoshito Ohono, Malù Airaldo, Adriana Boriello and Claudia Castellucci.

Over the years she collaborates with international choreographers and directors such as Nikos Lagousakos, Cindy Van Acker, Crysanthi Badeka, Ariella Vidach and Giselle Vienne.
